Project context
The site is located close to the Swan River valley lowland. Ground levels needed to be raised by up to 3.5 metres from the existing surface level before development of the residential lots.
Local Geotechnics developed and implemented a detailed preloading ground-improvement programme, with monitoring designed to verify settlement performance and compaction quality throughout the works.
